Hope someone might know what the normal operating temp of the transmission should be?
I got a consistent 117F driving on the interstate going to work today
The outside temp is 30F

Were you able to finally get a successful
response?

Some of the previous Toyota TFT pids had
two sensors… one from the pan and another
which ran hotter.

I believe TFTs should run from 140-165°F for
normal loads with the pan temps about
15-20°F cooler. Of course I could be wrong :-)

I’ve got something working on the 7E1 2182 setting
15 min highway driving
Trans 124, water 183, ambient 39F

20 min stop and go highway
Trans 148, water 186, and ambient 54F

Would like to find the converter settings

Thanks for all your help
Rob
