Post Toyota protocols problem
on: January 19, 2019 (GMT)

Hi.
I’ve problem with connecting my ScanTool Lx to my Toyota Land Cruiser 00 petrol ecu with TorquePro.
I think it’s the protocol problem, because ElmScan Toyota app could connect with ecu with the same device.

Is TorquePro app support protocols like ISO 14230 and 9600?

Someone solve this problem?
Maybe Torque developer could help me?
Thanks
Paul

Hi,

Just see your post ; FYI, I’ve exactly the same fact/problem and I’ve created another post with same description.

Let’s follow together. I also definitively prefer to run Torque than ELMSCAN Toyota.

Great. How to set TorquePro to connect withe my ecu?
I know that ElmScan connects by ISO-14230 5baud init, 9600 rate.

Hello.
I’ve the same issue. ELMScan Toyota is able to read the data if I use their “Toyota Thai” settings but I’m not able to set Torque to work with those AT command. I’ve tried to find ECU address etc but not sure I’ve well understood how to proceed..
Need help 😉
Thanks
