Post Only some displays working?
on: December 26, 2018 (GMT)

Hi. I have been using TorquePro just for a few weeks. I am using it with an admittedly cheapo (but highly rated) scanner by BAFX. Full name of scanner is BAFX BlueTooth Diagnostic OBDII Reader. The bluetooth connection between the Scanner and TorquePro is NOT problematic – they connect right up. But I am only getting some of the displays. For example, here are displays I am getting, no problem: -Boost/Vacuum, MAF reading, Coolant temp, Air-Fuel Ratio (measured), Revs, Speed, etc.

I tried some other displays and many are not working at all; for example: AFR(Commanded); LAMBDA reading (COMEQR); Fuel trim (other than perhaps Bank1/Sensor1; Fuel Pressure; Barometric Pressure (measured by car, I get Bar Pressure measured by GPS); O2 Sensor data Equivalence Ratio; etc.

Car is Toyo Sienna 2000. Why would I get the displays I indicate above and not the others? no Lambda, no fuel trim information, etc.? Is it due to the BAFX OBDII Reader?

Thank you, RV

Look under Adapter Status icon information
to see a list of mode 01 pids supported by
your vehicle.

Thank you so much CAPP777! I will have a look at that (Adapter Status Icons) and see what that tells me.

Thanks again for your help.
