Is there anyway to close torque and shut off Bluetooth when the device no longer gets power from usb without being root on the device?

you may try tasker

but not all fonction work when not rooted

closing torque not rooted is not easy … i used tasker to do the same thing as when you want to close it manually

even my old rooted phone, torque was hard to close
