Hi

Nearly all the extended PIDs are supported in the full version if you enter them into the advanced section of the app. There are a few prius PIDs that are in a predefined list that may work with your particular year of Prius.

If you know the PIDs and header to use then basically you can enter them in the advanced section of the app and get access to the data. Though you will need to know the PID, header, unit and equation to enter custom/advanced PIDs. Then it is just a simple case of adding the display in the dashboard view and off you go!

Hello

I am trying to do this

http://priuschat.com/forums/gen-iii-2010-prius-accessories-modifications/90460-i-discovered-s-o-c-gauge-geniii.html

On my camry hybrid 2007

Can you help with decoding the PID in how torque asks for it in the advanced PID section?

I am trying to find SOC on my toyota camry hybrid with no luck.

Thanks in advance!

I am using paid Torque app (LOVE IT) with current update.

Hm

If you're referring to this, posted on their forums:

TXD 07E2 015B
RXF 0441 855B 0000
RXD 2808
MTH 03E8 00FF 0000

Then you're looking something like:

PID: 015B
Equation: ((A * 100) / 255)
Units: (whatever is in their forum)
Header: 7E2

or at least that is how I understand it, so that could also be wrong as well.
Note: The brackets are *important* in the equation. The equation parser will do them in some funny order if you don't use them.

015B is down as 'Hybrid battery pack remaning life' in the spec.

Hope this helps

Ian
