does anybody know why Web Viewer doesn't work and whether it will work again?

Well, it was up ....
But now it's down again on the evening of Jan 23
Maybe it needs to be 'attended / monitored' just a little bit more often.
The Torque Pro I am using is pretty much useless unless I can set down and review the data on the view.torque-bhp website.

I still am unable to use the web viewer it says I'm not connected to the internet. I've tried everything I can think of to fix the issue but have not had any luck.
