I'm not able to access the web viewer since yesterday, does anyone have the same problem or it is just me ?
When I try to login with my e-mail and password, I get below error;

I do not have any internet connection issues or problems, so I assume server needs to be checked.

No answer comes from the users (I know, this is not forum users reponsibility)...
And unfortunately developer is not answering to a simple question.
So, where can I get official support for a product I paid for ?
I created a new account with another e-mail and saw that Web Viewer is working fine.
But my main account (which I set in TorquePro) still not able to connect to the viewer with the above mentioned error.
I assume it is related with my account or maybe only it's password must be resetted.
If any developer or administrator can do this from the server it would be fine.
Can you let me know the account name you used (I can see if there's an issue with it - it may have been locked out) - email it to ian@prowl.org (don't tell me your password!)
