I have been following many forums on W-body cars, Grand Prix especially and nobody can get the KR part of Torque to work. Can someone come up with a solution for this problem? There are many people who bought the program under the assumption KR worked and are NOT happy. Please help!

KR was originally put in after someone from the grandprix forums allegedly found the PIDs for it and sent them over. Unfortunately after including them in the app I never received confirmation if the PIDs worked.
If you have a GP, and have the KR gauge displayed whilst being connected to the vehicle, and then send me a "comms debug log" (menu accessible from the 'realtime information' screen) I could have a look.

Sent you something that I hope you can use. Let me know if those are the same W-body PIDS you are using.

I have just sent a comms debug log for this as well.

I too am waiting on this to become available for my 97 Grand Prix GTP I have a droid and a bluetooth adapter on order. If it gets here and you still need something to get it to work, Ill do whatever I can...

I agree, this will be a HUGE hit with the GTP crowd as I am one of them. If you could take and put this into a $5 app you'd have every GTP owner with a droid phone buying it. We buy gauges that cost over $200 to do what this does.....I promise to buy the app if you get it working.

Apparently not. I see him posting in other threads recently but nothing here for some time. Guess Ill be switching to the laptop instead of this.

Ok I have the app and have it working on my 97 Gtp. I downloaded the PID's for the grand prix like the app showed and I have the KR graph and digital display on the screen and it just reads 0 all the time. So Im not really sure if its actually working or not. Ill see about sending a log to you Ian. Please let me know whatever else you might need to get this to work because I want this to work really bad!!!
