Torque supports UDS so you just need the PID. You could try a custom PID with header 7E0 and PID 22F45C This would be the standard OBD PID for engine oil temp. If this doesn't work you'd need to "snoop" some other software that can read it to find out the PID. It varies massively even with similar cars.
