Download it from the Market and fake any supported provider say T-Mobile US. You will then be able to purchase apps (including the paid version of the Market Enabler itself!!!!!) :)

Hi,

Simple question really. I currently have the free version of the application all setup and running on my phone (HTC Desire HD) and it looks amazing.

I have all my screens setup and laid out with my gauges and graphs and such.

I was just wondering if when I purchase the full version will I have to set up everything again?

What is the best way to transition from the free to the paid version without losing the screen layouts? Should I install the free version then install the paid version? Or should I install the paid version first, then uninstall the free?

I'm just looking to keep as much of the settings as I have without setting up anything again.

Thanks for everything!
