how is the torque in Nm in torque calculated?
Is a formula available?
Why is the vehicle weight important

This should provide useful information.
For developing formulas in torque - it is useful to start out with fixed values in your formula to give known result derived from a good calculator. Then replace one element at a time from live PIDs in Torque. (Just a suggestion).
