My car is 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0
I use LG Optimus 3d CUBE (SU870) android 4.0.4
My obd reader is cheap from ebay.

There is a problem when '-(minus)' character in PID value.
When I install only Torque, it is very well working.
However, install after 'Hyundai Adv', Torque is not working.
Bluetooth disconnect and 'Adapter not found' message displayed.
Again
if I delete extension PID or uninstall 'Hyundai Adv'app, Torque is working very well again.
So, I tried to find what is the problem.
Eventually I can find the problem.
Because PID value contains minus(-) character.
ex)
Look at the this screenshot1.
This is what i found a 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0 Engine oil temp PID value.
And When I finished entering PID.
Look at the red box in screenshot2.
This is unusually inputted.
But, Interestingly, this is a very short time works well.
During the very short time, Torque Pro receives an oil temp from the ECU.
But soon, Torque is not work.
And Expansion PID is disappeared.
So, i should add again.
This is only problem when PID value included minus(-) character.
'Hyundai Adv' also used minus(-) character PID.
So it was a continuing problem occurs.
I can't solve this problem by myself.
I asks update or how to resolve this problem.
I will wait for Torque Pro & Hyundai Adv developer's answer.

That looks like a typo from your plugin.
Are your other plugin pids using mode 20?
I would try comparing against the other
pid modes and contact your plugin
developer if necessary if you cannot edit
the field to correct.

This is not a bug.
It is part of the way Torque and HADV work, which means that you cannot export the PIDs from HADV and add them manually, this will of course fail.
In regarding the issue that you are mentioning, check your adapter for errors, since HADV uses/requires physical addressing (Torque uses functional addressing by default).

Thanks for the education renedare. The pid editor
asked for Mode/Pid. Since I was aware of modes
21, 22 and others I thought maybe it was a mode
that was new to me.
Comparing against your other pids would have shown
a pattern confirming it wasnt a typo.
Anyway, that is why I suggested contacting you since
Ian hasnt been very active on this forum of late.

I replaced adapter.
And re-install Hyundai ADV.
And I adds to the Ex-PID correctly.
But, same problem happend!!
Look at this youtube video to 720p.

It was connected for a short time. (40sec)
And it was disconnected again. (55sec)
You can know that look at a fixed value(1142rpm).
And tries to reconnect but adapter could not found. (75sec~)
I sent debug to Torque developer.
And
I wonder the difference between 'physical addressing' and 'funcional addressing'
Do i need to change setting??
