Just checked and it's working ok - click the 'Web Viewer' link at the top right and it will take you to the correct webserver (it was changed some time ago to use https, not http, so this may be catching you out)

The webviewer and forums are completley seperate - you will need to use the 'register' button on the webviewer to create an account there

The 'TorqueID' was for an old version of the app and is no longer used in the viewer - it's there for other users who use that function on their own webserver (and will eventually be renamed to something more appropriate in the app)
