What kind of vehicle models mostly support for elm327 v1.5?

ELM327 V1.5 doesn't officially exist.....at least not from ELM. Its likely a ripped off chinese clone, so there's no telling what it supports or not.
In general, ELM327 supports OBD2 compatible vehicles:
