Im using a ELM327 USB connection to my phone for a Suzuki Swift Sport and it managed to identify the ECU protocol as 14230-4 KWP fast. However, the top bar just goes to Checking Model and hangs there for a long time.

Also Under the Adapter Status Information, The Connection to ECU is a No.

Anyway to solve this issue ?

Try
initialization string
atsp5\natsh8111f1
extra PIDs

you need to use a set of external PIDs, configure the profile and use the command to initialize the communication session with the ecu
Search the website for information on your car brand
