Hi everyone,
I bought „Torque” yesterday and there are some problems I’ve found already.
I've sent an email to Mr. Developer [hope he'll reply:] but maybe some answers are already known.
1. A few dials work rarely. Sometimes they work, sometimes don't – even in „display test mode”!
eg „LPK and LPK(avg) – which I wish to be working the most.
I have to close and open "Torque" several times to get all features working.
2. „Email logs” option does not work. It sends only blank emails with no files attached.
3. I cant log In on page http://ian-hawkins.com:8080/. I put proper device ID and i’m given „invalid login details” message.
4. I cant find Any manual for Torque and options description. Can I be given a link, please?
THX in advance for any help.
PS. I use torque on Samsung galaxy spica (gt-i5700) and android 2.1

I'll try to shed some light on a few things that might be happening.
1. Some of the dials might or might not work depending on what is supported by your vehicles Engine Control Unit(ECU). Although I'm not sure why LPK isn't working.
2. You can log the data on your phone and export via email it as a CSV. To do this go to settings and go down to logging preferences. There are two options to select the first is the interval of the logged information so .1 sec to 5 sec. The second option is what to log. Once you’ve selected what you want go back to the main screen then once you want to start collecting obs click menu and “Toggle Logging” this starts and stops the logging process when clicked. I haven't tried the start logging automatically in a while since there was a bug reported on it a little while back.
3. For uploading to a web server you need to have "Upload to Web server" checked to check to see if your phone is sending anything you can be at your desk and un-check the "Only when OBD Connected" this way it will send lat and lon data when the program is running. Once you've sent some data it will let you login.
4. For a manual there is the wiki at the top of the page that is slowly being filled with information otherwise you can either learn the program trough just playing with it (trial and error) or searching the forums because there has been a fair amount of discussion on how the program works within the depths of this forum.

Thanks for extensive response.
1. LPK (and other dials) sometimes works, but generally do not.
I've got the answer from Mr. Ian and he suggest that I got faulty ebay bluetooth module:/
2. Loggin was activated and options what datas should be logged were also choosed. There was an output .csv file in memory card root. But when I tried to convert it and send - there was no attachment added to email.
Anyway, I will try again.
