I am looking to determine if this software can/will provide the non-Powertrain (P) codes information supplied by the Class 2 CAN serial bus.

In particular, I need to find out if any C-codes (Chassis) or U-codes (Network).

I am trying to diagnose 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer 4WD transfer case control module malfunction.

Thanks in advance

Only if they have an extended PID code. I'd check on a forum for your vehicle to see if others have them. Usually they're manufacturer specific protocols, so it may not adhere to the standard PID requests. I know some cars need special brand-specific tools to read these codes, but you may be lucky and they're fully compatible.

I had the same issue with my 01 Impala. I'm pretty sure the 04 blazer is using the VPW protocol. If it is, I've outlined a rough way to do it with an ELM327 adapter using Torque and the TorqueScan Plugin telnet feature. I'm going to take a stab at creating a plugin, but as you can read in the post, I'm not sure if it's possible yet.
