Was. Wondering. If. Their. Was. A. Way. To. Recover. My. Paid. Torque. Applications.

Why does it have to be your "LAST" Google Account ???
If you log onto it again with new device, you should be able to download all of 'your' apps. I guess you could then switch back to "NEW" account - but probably would not get updates.
