It is showing paired but not connected and I open the torque application on the phone but it wont sync for some reason. Could you give me a 1, 2, 3 on what to do or somethin. Or maybe something that Im missing. Again I have the OBD Link with Bluetooth attached and an HTC Evo 4G with the Torque application.

Sure, within Torque tap your menu button, and scroll down to Settings
About midway down you will see "Choose Bluetooth Device" tap it.
Choose your ODBII reader from the list of BT paired devices.
Wait about a minute or so for your reader to sync up with your phone and you will be reading data.
