I purchased the Torque pro.
trying to connect to VGate ICar OBD2 scanner
Torque is not able to connect to scanner. can you pl look in this?

confirm if it's working with another app

and make sure to close any other app than could link to the V gate

and dont forget to link the V gate to your phone in the first place
