I want to use a dedicated phone to run torque pro. Just like you all do with the full tablet installs, but just a cheap phone.
Something small. Like maybe a cheap pre-paid from Walmart (and just not set up the service). Has anyone done this? I'm not sure if any of the pre-paids would block such use with no carrier service set up.

Also, what is the minimum Android version that I can get Torque on?
