I've emailed myself my log but don't know how to open them what program do i need to run the log on?

Any spreadsheet or text reader application will be able to read the .csv file. If you chose one of the kml options you will need to open them with google earth.

im having trouble getting them loaded in google maps and do i use pid's to get engine info on the loggs?

On the KML side I see what you are talking about. I just tried it and didn't get anywhere with it.

On the PID logging you have to go into settings and find "Select what to log" then start populating what PIDS you wish to log. After that you should be able to see more in your logs than location data. I still have yet to open up a log in excel but it should show you what data you are looking for.

Also be sure to edit the file logging interval to the rate you want. One last thing the log gets rewritten every time you open Torque so if you want to save your data from a run then be sure to upload it before exiting out of Torque.

The ,kml is a basic Google Earth file.
You should have Google earth before attempting to open the file.
