CSV files must installed manually in the HIDDED FOLDER named .torque (point torque !) and in the folder "extendedpids".
CSV v4 :

Discharged by A/C (closed windows), 40°C at the dashboard of the CAR.

oops, sorry for the 4shared link.
if you want download the files, you must be registred to the site (free + mail).
perhaps that why without be registred/identified, the 4shared indicate to download an other file that it's not linked to the "good & trusted" files.
