some information comes through, some does not.
im using the free version for now to demo to see if everything works because im not going to pay for somethat that doesnt work correctly.
the vehicle is a 2002 audi TT. i currently have a scan gauge hooked up so i know exactly what the readings should come up on the torque app. but there is no boost pressure showing up, no CEL codes coming up (and my car has 2 of them currently), also i can not find BHP graphs anywhere, no 0-60 and no 1/4 mile timing.
any insights?

I have the paid version with an Audi A4.
The 0-60 and 1/4 mile screen are on my version and there is certenly the configuration for calculating the BHP (engine capacity and vehicle weight).
The boost pressure however doesnt work. Someone else with a VW posted the same issue recently aswell. I guess Audi may have that information via a custom PID or perhaps even via their VAG-COM only. I am going to do a debug and sent it in anyway just incase it can be easily added.

you happen to have any idea why its not scanning the check engine light?

Sorry no idea I have just started using it myself.
Do you know what the fault codes are that torque is not detecting?
I would let it connect and then tell it to read the fault codes and then go to the options and tell it to send the comms debug. Then follow up that with an email to the author (torque@prowl.org) telling him the codes which were missed.

Hi,
I'm new at all of this stuff but recently got this as a present to check engine codes on my car but can't figure out how to check them with the free version. Any help?
The device connects fine I just can't figure out where to check the engine codes. Will the device not allow you to check if you don't have a "check engine" light on?

In the free version, press your menu button and it should be one of the items there
