I just got CM7 Android installed on my Touchpad. Unfortunately, the Market said Torque app is not compatible.
Is it possible to make it compatible?
Hi!
That's down to CM7 and what device they are 'emulating' in the market. Torque is compatible with the widest range of devices already.
You will need to contact the CM7 team dealing with the port and get them to change the device profile the market is set to use on the tablet

I just installed cm7 on my touchpad too. If torque is not showing up in the market, you can use titanium backup to pull the .apk from your phone, transfer to computer or box.net and then download onto you TP. I used box.net and torque works fine.
I'm currently working on getting my TP to pair with my bluetooth OBD reader but torque works on the TP just fine...
Check the Market preferences on the phone. I have a CM7 phone as well and I had to change the filtering options to install Torque.
Upgraded to Alpha 2.1 and I was able to install it with no issue through the Market.

Just installed CM7 on my TP. I might be stupid (most would say so) but how do you get to the settings on the main screen without a menu button? Torque hides the system bar where the menu button is.
??
Hi
The menu button should be on the bar at the bottom of the screen

The bar auto hides on the Torque main screen. It does the same thing on my phone. Its not an issue with my phone because of the hardware button, but the Touchpad doesn't have any button other than home.
There is a setting in torque to turn off the autohide of the bar.
