Search the forum for 21D9. I believe this has
been used before on some Toyotas.
Its likely the equation is some variation of...
A-40 for °C
A*(9/5)-40 for °F
(((A*256)+B)*(255/65535))-40 for °C
(((A*256)+B)*(459/65535))-40 for °F
Variables A and B are examples only. Your
variables are likely different e.g. C&D, E&F, G&H,
etc.
Monitor your raw hex response at ambient and
at normal engine temperature to determine which
bytes behave like TFT.
