Hi,

Torque + Scantool device working great for me, but I can't seem to get the fuel level for my 96 explorer. I tried both fuel level entires but both say "no data." I added the Ford codes but that didn't help. Any ideas?

Thanks

Bump.

Is the car even capable of reporting this value?

Hi!

Edit the PID for the ford fuel level (in the manage extra pids section) and change the PID to 2216C1 from what it is currently set to. This may work for your vehicle as another user has pointed this out

Hi Ian,

When I try to edit the entry, I can't save it as it says "full name must be unique" and that field is not editable. It says it conflicts with another entry.

How can I edit this?

Thanks

No luck. I created a new entry with a new name but that pid didn't give any data.

Hi

The latest version has the updated PID for the fuel level in (it should have 'alternate' after the name) - if your vehicle supports it, then you should hopefully get a reading from it
