I am having problems, hope it is because of my adapter in which I have ordered the PLC kiwi. I have 2004 F250 that is only showing a few guages, yes it is paid version and yes to predefined (Ford). Under adapter status should my adapter tell me OBD1 or OBD2? I am adding screen shots for any advice.

Hi!

It's only showing that a few sensors are accessible, this could be that the manufacturer has locked the ECU down (which is unlikely on the ford) or one of the settings in teh vehicle profile is set incorrectly.

To check the profile, make sure the following options are set/unset:

* Alternate OBD Header (*NOT* enabled)
* Custom Init String: blank
* Protocol: 'Automatic - Fast'

Then disconnect and reconnect to the ECU. If the sensor list stays the same then it's unlikely that the vehicle is allowing many sensors to be read (you literally only have speed, coolant, rpm and a few others from the looks of the screenshot)

Alternatively you may get more milage by adding the ford specific PIDs (in the settings, manage extra pids, menu, add predefined set, Ford) and that may get you a few extra useful sensors
