Hello All,
I am using the latest update on the Torque Paid app along with the custom PIDs for Ford enabled. I am trying to log those custom PIDs because they allow me to see some transmission information that may help in troubleshooting an issue.
Currently, I have the custom PIDs set to log for the web upload, however, it does not show up on the web interface. Please help! I really need to see what my transmission is doing so that I may fix the issue without having to replace the transmission.

Hi
Your best bet is to log to file (csv) then g-mail them to yourself so you can look at them on a desktop machine - then you should be able to see the PIDs.
The web client code may (at the moment) ignore some extended PIDs, which is likely why they're not showing at the moment. I will be updating it, but at the moment I have some app bits and pieces I want to get out of the way first

Hope you have a bit of luck getting the trans pids to work correctly...I have had a heck of a time trying to get them going...
If you do please share with the class....I would appreciate it for sure!!!!

I have to say that they do output correctly. The temps seem appropriate and the gear output also seems appropriate. The only thing is that it doesn't log into the web-server. This may be outside of my control at this point as has been pointed out.
Anyway, here is the setup I am running: the PLX Devices Kiwi Bluetooth OBDII bluetooth adapter for android and a HTC Evo Shift 4G on the Sprint Network. I am getting recordings off of a 2002 Ford Taurus SES 3.0L Duratec Engine. At this point, I have not played with changing any of the custom PID settings.

I will have to try this. Is there any way of having the CSV file output the PID custom names as opposed to their PID#? It gets very confusing when you have 10-12 different PIDs being output into one file and not knowing off the cuff which is which.
Thanks for all the hard work on this project. It has proven to be a true wealth of diagnostic information on my cars!
