The main reason i got the veepeak was on other cars it has been better at finding error codes, but in reality my main usage is monitoring live temperatures etc and using the cheap elm327 is fine for that.

I have used torque lite for years with a cheap elm327 and have recently upgraded to torquepro and am really happy.

I also decided to upgrade my elm327 and I got a Veepeak OBDCheck BLE+ .

However I can't get the torquepro to work with the veepeak and my jaguar f type. It connects initially but doesn't stay connected for long enough to talk to the ecu.

Other combinations work fine - torquepro, cheap elm327 and jaguar / car scanner, veepeak and jaguar / torquepro, veepeak and Ford and they all work fine. I just can't get the torquepro, veepeak jaguar working.

Note I am using some custom PIDs in torquepro for the jag but I doubt that is an issue.

Device is a Samsung S10 with android 12

Any ideas?
