Hi Ian,

Thanks for this wonderful app. I use it with my Jeep XJ. I was wondering whether its possible to implement a Clinometer (inclinometer) with this application. Sometimes I go off-roading and it would just be magic if I could use Torque to also show Roll and Pitch with a mere swipe of the finger like all the other gauges. Please consider this feature since currently I have to open another application altogether to get the Clinometer. I am using this application for now

Thanks bro.

Thank you Ian for implementing the Pitch & Roll dials in the latest updates. I have been waiting for this a long time. You are the best!!!!

However, you could please see whether its possible to resize the dials a little bit to enable both Pitch and Roll dials to fit properly within a single screen. I have tried to place the 2 side by side but they still overlap somehow. But this is merely cosmetic. Nothing to worry about really.

In the meantime I wonder whether its possible to increase the number of screens for the Live Dials view. With all the new goodies I have run out of space to place newer dials...... 🙂

May I revisit the Pitch and Roll dials again. Is it possible to integrate Alarms with these dials so that one can set the alarm to go off if vehicle goes beyond a certain set degrees? This would be useful to avoid flipping over as the eyes might be elsewhere especially during extreme off-road sports....

Still loving your App especially since I just got a TJ 2001 Jeep Wrangler. I'm using a Asus 7" tablet phone so the screen size is great(tried to use my Chipped Nook but the bluetooth will not function.. My question to you is can the Clinometer gages be zeroed? I most times have to tilt the tablet more than slightly in order to kill the glare on the screen even with a screen protector on; this makes the Clinometer inaccurate . Also some angle set-able, wonderfully irritating sound as well as flashing RED screen when CRITICAL angles are approached... As stated almost a year ago other things I.E. Large rocks, deep water,Slippery angled trail, Stumps, Other people SCREAMING generally have grabbed your attention and a Seriously Hardy Clinometer ALARM is WANTED/NEEDED to keep the Shinny if rather Muddy side up... Thanks for listening

Hi

If you press menu->calibrate accelerometer from the realtime dashboard screen you should be able to reset the inclinometer for the new angle and 0 it

You should be able to set an alarm for this in the alarms bit, but i've seen there's no 'angle' pid you can use (I'll sort that out for the next update)

Would be great if the offset can be saved and (automatically) be reloaded after a reboot.

Thanks, Ed

FYI,

There is a pushbutton display that can be
added to one of your dashboards to calibrate
with just a push.

Thank you for the suggestion, but then the car must be level and that is not always the case.
