Had my check engine light flash briefly this morning but it went away. Hasn't come on since in about 30 minutes worth of driving. Will torque be able to read the stored code?

It should. Try it out. The Torque APP read mine just fine. It also read my "pending code". Which, in my truck, is a code that has not met the set parameters to set the CEL.
It will also let you go to the web and find what each of the codes are for.
