I've a Toyota Alphard 3L V6 2007, and a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus; I installed the paid Pro app, but although the OBD11 bluetooth dongles connect to the app, they do not speak to the ECU; I've tried many dongles now, and not one works, so I need your help in finding what could be the issue as I really want your app to work, thanks!

ok, despite not getting any support either through email or this site, I persevered after have 5 dud dongles, and now I've one that works; I paid nearly £30 for it, but at least it works!

Which did you buy? I am having the same problem. Only 2 odb 11 reader dongles so far but want one that works.
