is my map sensor bad if it reads -2.5 psi with the engine off and key on. it responds to my boost but it is always at -2.5 when there is no vacuum or boost. any help is appreciated.

Hi!

Are you in a high altitude location (ie: not near(ish) sea-level)?

The MAP sensor isn't compensated for atmospheric pressure - it's an absolute reading, so if you are in a high altitude area, you may need to use the 'boost adjust' in the vehicle profile settings, to counter for the -2.5psi you are seeing

Also, what fuel type are you (and have you setup the vehicle profile accordingly with the engine displacement, and fuel type it uses?)
