I can only see the indetermined codes, not the triggered codes. I still have a check engine light on and no codes. is it my dongle or the program? tested great but these codes in all functions on a 1996 audi A4 2.8, 2000 pontiac grand am, and a 2001 audi a4 1.8.. All failed to pull these codes.. (the actual codes, not the preliminary codes)

Can you try to pull the codes on your vehicle, then immediately go to the 'Realtime information' screen, press 'menu->more...->send comms debug log' put who you are and the vehicle type in the description and I'll have a look to see if your ECU is making the codes available at all.
The fault pulling code does work, and has been tested on a grandprix, as well as other vehicles and a dedicated ECU testing tool, so I am interested to know why your vehicle isn't replying to the fault code pulling request
