Torque restarts constantly.

Just received replacement phone and reinstalled TP.
Re-paired OBDLink MX+

Used app for first time today, fresh install. Turned off auto Bluetooth
in app. When I quit app, even with BT off, app immediately restarts.
Only way to stop it is to uninstall. App was downloaded from GP store.

Please advise.
