copy a file with a list of additional parameters in the * .csv format in the folder .torque \ extendedpids \. Then, select it in the “Manage Add-PID”

Thanks for the reply – I can not find a folder with that extension anywhere on my samsung Tab S – I even used Astro and no luck!

By the way what folder does Torque use to store my PID’s that I make myself in the editor also where would the layout be so I can make a copy for safety reasons.

Thank you so much!

folder .torque\ a hidden folder, you need to set the settings to show hidden folders
You can do this with ES File Explorer

To my knowledge there is no way yet
to export created custom pids so I
prefer to create my own .csv files.
It might take a little longer but you
can backup your .csv files as needed.

Thanks so much guys,I finally did find the hidden files!!

The big questions is;

After spending weeks on my custom set-up is there a way i can transfer the entire project to another tablet?

Is there an export for layout and the prams used?

Or

If i took the whole folder would it work on another tab?

Last question could i have two vehicles on the same tab like one for my car and another for my truck?

Thank You

There is an export layout for the dashboard
layout. Look under the dashboard menu to
find the option.

If the other device is not identical the sizing
maybe off but you should be able to edit each
display as needed to move or resize.

IMHO sending the .csv file of pids to
another device would be far easier than
recreating them in the editor.

Use a separate vehicle profile for each vehicle
with the separate dashboard layout selected.
This will allow unique dashboards and pids
for each vehicle.
