Post Fault codes not clearing
on: June 30, 2015 (GMT)

I managed to clear an Engine Management fuse (don’t ask) on my 2009 Landrover Freelander 2.

All sorts of strange things happened at the time but I replaced the fuse and all is well, except there are a number of fault codes that Torque won’t clear.

The car runs fine and we have done at least 50 start procedures since I blew the fuse.

Is this a trip to the dealer to get the fault code cleared?

The Torque log is;

Vehicle Manufacturer: Rover
Vehicle Calibration ID: Not present
Current Fault Log
——————
ECU reports no current faults
Pending Fault Log
——————
ECU reports no pending faults
Historic Fault Log
——————
ECU reports no historic faults
Other discovered fault codes
(possibly pending, current or manufacturer specific)
—————————————————-
P1259: [Honda] VTEC System Malfunction
[Seat/Audi/Volkswagen] Engine Coolant System Valve Short to Ground
P0536: Unknown code – More information may be available on the web
B10A2: Unknown code – More information may be available on the web
P0120: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit
P0124: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
P0380: Glow Plug/Heater Circuit “A”
End of report.

Torque uses mode 3 and mode 4 to
report and clear OBDII DTCs. Your fault
maybe an OEM proprietary DTC which
requires a different command to reset
it.
